The Board advises that the group`s annual report in respect of the year ended 28
February 2007 has been dispatched to shareholders on 15 May 2007.
The group`s audited financial statements for the year ended 28 February 2007
were published on SENS on 17 April 2007 and in the press on 18 April 2007.
NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of Datacentrix will be
held at the registered office of the group (Block 7, Sanwoodpark, 379 Queens
Crescent, Lynnwood, Pretoria) on Friday, 8 June 2007 at 10h00 to transact the
business as stated in the notice of annual general meeting included in the
annual report.
