DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE ILV SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for ILLOVO SUGAR
LIMITED and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to
ILLOVO SUGAR LIMITED (ILV) the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have
declared a dividend amount of 45 cents per ILVNIA share instalment that is
payable on Monday, 9 July 2007.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 29 June 2007. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 2 July 2007 and
the record date will be Friday, 6 July 2007.
