INVESTEC BANK LIMITED: RETIREMENT AND APPOINTMENT OF CHAIRMAN
Investec Bank Limited announces that Mr Hugh S Herman, non-executive
Chairman of Investec Bank Limited, will retire from the Board of
Directors of Investec Bank Limited with effect from 1 June 2007. Mr
Herman will remain the non-executive Chairman of Investec Limited and
Investec plc.
Mr Fanie Titi, a current non-executive director of Investec Bank Limited,
has been appointed as non-executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of
Investec Bank Limited with effect from 1 June 2007.
