KAP COMPLETION OF INVESTMENT IN BRENNER MILLS
Shareholders are referred to the announcement of 13 December 2006 whereby KAP
entered into a heads of agreement to acquire 60% of the equity in Brenner Mills
(Pty) Ltd. The agreement was subject to various conditions precedent, including
a due diligence and approval by regulatory authorities.
Shareholders are advised that a final agreement has been signed, all conditions
precedent have been met and that the effective date of the acquisition is 1 May
2007.
