RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR AND APPOINTMENT OF NEW NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Ms Sally Motlana, who has served on the board of directors of York ("the board")
as a non-executive director since 1997, retires with effect from 30 May 2007. In
her stead, Mr Richard Claunch will join the board as non-executive director on
30 May 2007.
Mr Claunch served with the Weyerhaeuser Company in the USA, one of the world`s
largest private owners of softwood timberland, for over 30 years, where he
managed Weyerhaeuser`s international trade and was instrumental in developing
new international markets. Weyerhaeuser is currently active in 18 countries
worldwide.
