and contain no modifications to the audited results published on the Securities

The annual financial statements were audited by KPMG Inc whose unqualified
report is available for inspection at the company`s registered office.

The notice of the Annual General Meeting will be posted to shareholders today
with the Annual Report. Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting
of shareholders will be held at 11:00 on Thursday 21 June 2007 at the offices of

transact business as stated on the notice of the Annual General Meeting.
