CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with rule 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, SA
Corporate unitholders are advised that:
L M Mojela, W J Swain, W C van der Vent and M M Ngcobo have been appointed
as non-executive directors to the board of SA Corporate Fund Managers, with
G P Mthethwa and P Zagaretos being appointed as alternate directors of L M
Mojela and W C van der Vent respectively;
A P W Sparks has been appointed as an executive director to the board of SA
Corporate Fund Managers; and
M I Wyndham and C S Young have resigned as non-executive directors to the
board of SA Corporate Fund Managers.
The above appointments and resignation are effective from 23 May 2007.
