WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement issued on 16
February 2007 and last renewed on 14 May 2007. After considering various
options in connection with its businesses in the United Kingdom and Europe,
including a thorough investigation of the possible sale of the businesses,
the board of directors of Nampak has decided to retain these businesses
within the Nampak group. Further restructuring and other opportunities
have been identified to improve the overall performance of the businesses.
The cautionary announcement is therefore withdrawn and shareholders are no
longer required to exercise caution when dealing in Nampak`s securities.
