Results of annual general meeting
Shareholders are notified that at the annual general meeting of
shareholders held on 24 May 2007 all the resolutions proposed thereat were
duly passed by the requisite majority of votes. The special resolutions
granting a general authority to the directors to repurchase the company`s
shares and a specific authority to repurchase treasury shares held by a
wholly-owned subsidiary will be lodged for registration with the Registrar
of Companies in due course.
