Sale of Stake in Ellerines
Ellerines is pleased to announce the successful disposal by Poco International
Holdings S.A. ("Poco"), through its wholly owned subsidiary Eurotin S.A., of its
approximate 20.2% equity interest in Ellerines.
25,201,111 shares in Ellerines were sold to a broad spread of local and
international investors through an accelerated bookbuilding exercise (the
"Offering") priced at ZAR79.00 per share.
Citigroup Global Markets Limited ("Citi") acted as Sole Bookrunner for the
Offering.
The transaction will result in a significant improvement in the free float and
potentially the liquidity of Ellerines shares as well as further broaden the
shareholder profile of the Company both domestically and internationally.
Ellerines will not receive any proceeds from the Offering.
