Adcorp shareholders are referred to the circular posted to shareholders on 12
April 2007, regarding the acquisition of COG and are advised that all conditions
precedent have been fulfilled, namely:
approval in general meeting by shareholders; and
approval of the acquisition by the Competition Commission.
