RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Liberty Holdings is pleased to announce that all the ordinary and special
resolutions set out in the Notice of the Annual General Meeting dated 5
March 2007 were passed by the requisite number of shareholders at the
Annual General Meeting held today.
The special resolutions will be submitted for registration with the
Registrar of Companies in due course.
Liberty Holdings is the holding company of Liberty Group Limited (Liberty
Life) and has no other business other than its investment in Liberty Life.
Accordingly, shareholders are referred to the report on Liberty Life`s
operational performance for the first four months of the 2007 financial
year which was published on SENS on 24 May 2007.
