CHANGE OF NAME
1. INTRODUCTION
Sizafika linked unit holders are referred to the company`s Annual General
Meeting held on 4 May 2007 whereat a special resolution to change the
company`s name to Emergent Properties Limited was proposed and passed.
Linked unit holders are accordingly advised that the salient dates and
times pertaining to the change of name necessary to give effect to the
change of name of Sizafika are set out below:

Notes:
1. These dates and times are subject to amendment. Any such amendment will
be released on SENS and published in the press.
2. Copies of the circular are available during normal business hours from
Monday,4 June 2007 to Friday, 8 June May 2007 at the offices of Sizafika ,
43 Wierda Road West, Wierda Valley Sandton.
3. Linked unit certificates in the "old" name of Sizafika may not be
dematerialised or rematerialised after Friday, 15 June 2007.
4. Dematerialised linked unit holders custody accounts will be updated with
the new name on Monday, 18 June 2007.
5. Certificated linked unit holders who surrender their existing linked
unit certificates on or before 12:00 on the record date, will have their
new linked unit certificates mailed to them on Monday, 18 June 2007 by the
transfer secretaries, by registered post in South Africa, at the risk of
the linked unit holders concerned.
6. Certificated linked unit holders who surrender their existing linked
unit certificates after the record date, will have their new linked unit
certificates mailed within five business days or receipt thereof by the
transfer secretaries, by registered post in South Africa, at the risk of
the linked unit holders concerned.
2. CIRCULAR TO SHAREHOLDERS
A circular, subject to JSE approval, will be mailed to linked unit holders
on Friday, 1 June 2007 in order to inform linked unit holders as to what
action to take in terms of this transaction.
