NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that Kairos` audited annual financial statements
for the year ended 28 February 2007 were posted to shareholders today, and
contain no modifications to the abridged audited results published on 17
May 2007.
The notice of annual general meeting ("AGM"), forming part of the company`s
annual report, was posted to shareholders today. Notice is hereby given
that the AGM of the company will be held at 11h00 on Friday, 22 June 2007
at the Holiday Inn Garden Court, Pretorius Street, Hatfield, Pretoria to
transact business as stated in the notice of AGM.
