POSTPONEMENT OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND REVISED DIVIDEND PAYMENT DATE
Shareholders are advised that the Oando annual general meeting convened to be
held on 30 May 2007 has been postponed until 28 June 2007 at 10h00 at the same
venue, The Cultural Centre, Mary Slessor Avenue, Calabar, Cross River State,
Nigeria. A notice of postponement of annual general meeting will be posted to
all shareholders on 28 May 2007.
Shareholders are further advised that due to the postponement of the annual
general meeting, the dividend payment has also moved. The dividend payment in
South Africa (electronic and certificated register) will now take place on
Friday, 29 June 2007. The record date in South Africa was 26 April 2007.
