CHANGE OF NAME OF ERP.com TO SECUREDATA HOLDINGS LIMITED
Introduction
ERP.com shareholders are advised that a circular will be posted to shareholders
on 28 May 2007, regarding the change of name of the Company to SecureData
Holdings Limited ("SecData") ("the change of name") and incorporating a notice
of general meeting, a form of proxy and a form of surrender ("the circular").
Rationale for the change of name
To better suit the trading activities of the Company, the directors propose
changing the name of ERP.com to SecData.
Salient dates and times
A general meeting of ERP.com shareholders will be held on 21 June 2007 at the
registered office of the Company, Medscheme Building South, Ground Floor, 10
Muswell Road South, Bryanston, 2021 at 10:00.

Notes:
1. The dates and times provided for in this circular are subject to amendment.
Any such amendment will be announced on SENS and published in the press.
Shareholders will not be able to dematerialise or rematerialise securities
in the name of ERP.com after Friday, 13 July 2007.
2. ERP.com shareholders who surrender their existing documents of title after
the record date, will have their new share certificates mailed within five
business days of receipt thereof by the transfer secretaries, by registered
post in South Africa, at the risk of the shareholder concerned.
