RESULTS OF THE GENERAL MEETING REGARDING THE DISPOSAL OF THE BAY
Shareholders are advised that, at the general meeting of Acc-Ross held on
Monday, 28 May 2007 at 10:00, at the registered office of the company,
Arcay House II, Number 3 Anerley Road, Parktown, Johannesburg, all the
resolutions presented in the notice of general meeting regarding the
disposal of The Bay for a purchase consideration of R195 000 000, were
passed unanimously by the shareholders.
Shareholders are further advised that the abovementioned disposal is
subject to the delivery of financial guarantees acceptable to the company
within 15 days of approval by shareholders in the general meeting.
