The annual financial statements of the company for the year ended 31 December
2006 are to be posted to shareholders today together with a notice convening the
annual general meeting of shareholders which is to be held at 14h00 (Pacific
time) on Wednesday 20 June 2007 at Anooraq`s registered office, Suite 1020-800
West Pender St., Vancouver BC, V6C 2V6.
Amendment to appointment of director
The company wishes to advise that, further to the release of 24 May 2007, Mr.
Iemrahn Hassen has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer, effective 1
June 2007, and may be invited to join the board at a later date.
