PLACEMENT OF MAJOR SHAREHOLDERS` SHARES WITH INSTITUTIONAL INVESTORS
Major shareholders of Esor have sold 8 million shares at R5.50 per share to
various Asset Managers through a Share Block Placement. The sale of shares
is in line with the company`s objective to expand its institutional
shareholding base. The placement will also increase the free float of Esor
shares with a resulting improvement in liquidity.
In compliance with rule of 3.63 to 3.65 of the JSE Listing Requirements,

in the above-mentioned Share Block Placement:
