Notice is hereby given that Preference Dividend No. 58 of 5,5 cents per share in
respect of the cumulative preference shares has been declared in respect of the
period 1 January 2007 to 30 June 2007, payable to all preference shareholders
recorded in the books of Liberty Holdings Limited at the close of business on
Friday, 29 June 2007. The dividend, payable in South African currency, will be
paid on Monday, 2 July 2007.
