May 2007 and advised that all of the resolutions tabled at the class meeting of
preference shareholders and at the general meeting of shareholders of the
company held today were approved by the requisite majority of shareholders.
The special resolution will be lodged with the Registrar of Companies for
registration as soon as is reasonably possible.
