BRIEFING ON RIGHTS OFFER
Shareholders are advised that the company`s executives will be briefing
investors on the opening of its rights offer on Tuesday, 5 June and
Wednesday, 6 June in Johannesburg and Cape Town respectively.
The presentation will take place at the Balalaika Hotel in Sandton,
Johannesburg and the Mount Nelson in Cape Town. Both presentations will
begin at 12h00.
A PowerPoint presentation, to be made by the company`s executive giving an
update on Sallies following the opening of the Sallies rights offer, will
be posted on the Sallies website, www.sallies.co.za on Sunday evening, 3
June 2007. It can be found under the heading "Investor information".
