ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are advised that a BEE consortium, to which the Company is a
sub - contractor, has been informed that it has been awarded a substantial
contract by a South African Government Department after a public tender
process. The final terms of the contract have not yet been forwarded to the
Company. If successfully concluded, this may have a material effect on the
revenues and earnings of Metrofile Holdings.
Shareholders will be advised further in due course.
