RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING
The board of directors is pleased to announce that all the special and ordinary
resolutions proposed at the General Meeting held on Thursday, 31 May 2007, were
approved and will, where necessary, be registered with the Registrar of
Companies.
Shareholders are referred to the Salient Dates announcement dated 25 May 2007
which sets out the proposed dates in respect of the capitalisation issue to
shareholders. Shareholders are, however, reminded that the transaction remains
subject to Competition Commission approval and that these dates may change. Any
such change will be announced on SENS.
