DECLARATION OF DIVIDEND NUMBER 139 ON THE 6% CUMULATIVE PARTICIPATING
PREFERENCE SHARES
Notice is hereby given that dividend number 139 on the 6% cumulative
participating preference shares ("preference shares") for the six months
ending 30 June 2007 at the rate of 6% per annum (6 cents per preference
share), will be paid on Monday, 25 June 2007 to all preference shareholders
recorded in the register of the company at the close of business on Friday,
22 June 2007.
The salient dates of the preference dividend are as follows:
