ACQUISITION OF DISTRIBUTION RIGHTS AND THE FLEET TELEMATICS, DATA MANAGEMENT AND
COMMERCIAL VEHICLE OUTFITTING BUSINESSES (FM EUROPE, DATATRAK UK AND ONE-STOP-
SHOP) ("FM BUSINESSES") - FULFILMENT OF CONDITIONS PRECEDENT
Control Instruments has been advised that the required Reserve Bank approval has
been received.
Accordingly, the agreement for the acquisition is now unconditional. The
transfer from Siemens VDO Trading of Datatrak UK and One-Stop-Shop takes place
today and the transfer of FM Europe will take place on 1 July 2007.
