Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of the AFGRI
shareholders will be held in the AFGRI Boardroom, Block B2 Knightsbridge
Manor, 33 Sloane Street, Bryanston on Tuesday, 26 June 2007 at 10am, to
transact the business as stated in the annual general meeting notice
forming part of the annual financial statements.
