CAPITAL REDUCTION DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE TBS SHARE
INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the capital reduction amount payable for TIGER BRANDS
LIMITED and that as a result of the capital reduction declaration relating to
TIGER BRANDS LIMITED (TBS) the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have
declared a capital reduction amount of 213 cents per TBSNIC share instalment
that is payable on Monday, 16 July 2007.
The last day to trade cum capital reduction is Friday, 6 July 2007. The share
instalment will commence trading ex capital reduction from Monday, 9 July 2007
and the record date will be Friday, 13 July 2007.
