Further Cautionary Announcement
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcements published by Primedia
on 15 December 2006, 10 January 2007, 7 February 2007, 16 March 2007 and 23
April 2007, in terms of which shareholders were advised that a consortium of
investors, led by the Mineworkers Investment Company (Proprietary) Limited,
Issie Kirsh and William Kirsh, acting through Red Pen 2 Investments
(Proprietary) Limited, had submitted a proposal in principle to the board of
directors of Primedia for the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of
Primedia. Shareholders of Primedia are advised to continue exercising caution
when dealing in the Company`s securities until a further announcement is made.
