2007.
Notice is hereby given that, considering the above name change from Allan Gray
to Fountainhead, the abovementioned Investec warrants GRYIDB, GRYIVA and GRYIVB
will change to FPTIDB, FPTIVA and FPTIVB effective Monday, 4 June 2007.
