PROPOSED CHANGE IN NAME OF COMPANY TO VOXTELECOM LIMITED
It is proposed that the name of DataPro Group Limited be changed to
VoxTelecom Limited in order to reflect the intention of the company to
position itself as an alternative telecommunications provider with its
broader service offering of voice and data services. This is consistent
with the transformation of the company over the last 12 months from a
traditional ISP to a telecommunications service provider offering a
portfolio of voice and data services to consumers and corporate customers.
If supported by shareholders the new VoxTelecom brand will be launched on
28 June 2007. The company today provides telecommunications products and
services to over 60 000 consumers through the @lantic brand, over 7 500
businesses through the corporate ISP business, namely DataPro, and to over
60% of the top 200 listed companies through the Orion Telecom brand.
A special resolution will be proposed to change the name from "DataPro
Group Limited" to "VoxTelecom Limited". For a period of not less than one
year, VoxTelecom will reflect the former name "DataPro Group Limited" on
all documents of title in brackets beneath the new name of "VoxTelecom
Limited".
In terms of the Listings Requirements, approval was granted by the JSE for
the change of name and for the abbreviated name "VoxTelcom" to be used with
the share code "VOX" and the ISIN will be changed to ZAE000097234. A
circular relating to the proposed change in name, containing a notice of
general meeting, has been posted to shareholders.

accounts at their CSDP or broker updated on Monday, 30 July
Notes:
1. The abovementioned dates and times are South African dates and times
and are subject to amendment. Any such amendment will be announced on
SENS.
2. Should they wish to attend or vote at the above general meeting,
dematerialised shareholders are required to advise their CSDP or
broker by the cut-off time stipulated above or in accordance with
their agreements with their CSDP or broker.
3. Share certificates in the name of DataPro may not be dematerialised or
rematerialised after Friday, 20 July 2007.
