CORRECTION OF THE ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING THE AMOUNT OF THE SPECIAL INTERIM
INTEREST PAYMENT
Monyetla unitholders are referred to the announcement regarding the declaration
of a special interim interest payment published on SENS on 31 May 2007 and in
the press on 1 June 2007 ("the announcement"), which referred to a distribution
for the period 1 January 2007 to 22 June 2007, of 16,60 cents per linked unit.
This should have read 8,60 cents per linked unit as 16,60 cents per linked unit
is the aggregate distribution for the period 1 July 2006 to 22 June 2007.
The correct distribution for the period 1 January 2007 to 22 June 2007 is 8,60
cents per linked unit ("the special interim interest payment").
This is in line with the profit warning published on SENS on 19 January 2007 and
in the press on 22 January 2007.
As noted in the announcement, rights offer linked units acquired in terms of the
rights offer announced on SENS on 10 May and in the press on 11 May 2007, and
the circular to linked unitholders dated 4 June 2007, will not be entitled to
the special interim interest payment.
Further, as noted in the announcement, the interest payment for the period 23
June 2007 to 30 June 2007 will be 0,16 cents per linked unit, which amount will
be incorporated into the interest payment for the period ending 31 December
2007, to be made within the period prescribed in the debenture trust deed.
