Further to the interim profit statement for the six months ended 28 February
2007 released on SENS on 21 May 2007, shareholders are advised that the
distribution referred to in the abovementioned announcement is a distribution
out of share premium as approved by shareholders at the annual general meeting
of Ellerines held on 12 January 2007. The payment date of the distribution is on
Monday, 11 June 2007.
