DEALING IN SECURITIES BY DIRECTORS
In compliance with rule 3.63 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, CPA
Property Syndication (Proprietary) Limited ("CPA") purchased Octodec 38 000
linked units at a price of 1756.55 cents per linked unit with a total value of
R667 489.00 on 6 June 2007.
Alec Wapnick, Octodec`s chairman, has an indirect non-beneficial holding of
12.50% of the share capital of CPA. Non-Executive director Sharon Wapnick and
managing director Jeffery Wapnick have an indirect beneficial holding of 12.50%
and 50.00% of the share capital of CPA, respectively. Clearance to deal was
received in terms of paragraph 3.66 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements.
