RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING
At the General Meeting of shareholders of Square One at the registered
offices, held at 1st Floor, East Block, Eastgate Park, 8 Commerce
Crescent West, Eastgate Extension 13, Sandton, immediately after the
Annual General Meeting on Monday, 11th of June 2007, the ordinary
resolution for the approval of the specific issue of 1,428,571 shares, at
70 cents per share to Utho Investment Holdings was passed by the
requisite majority of Square One Shareholders. The shares will be issued
on the 12 June 2007.
