DEALING IN RAINBOW LIMITED SECURITIES DURING OFFER PERIOD
In terms of Rule 7 (a) of the Securities Regulation Panel ("SRP"), Remgro`s
concert parties must notify the SRP of any dealings in Rainbow Chicken
Limited (Registration number: 1966/004972/06) ("Rainbow") securities during
an offer period. Accordingly, Remgro has advised the SRP that its wholly-
owned subsidiary Industrial Partnership Investments Limited (Registration
number: 1975/004528/06) has purchased 7 775 540 shares at a purchase price
of R16.00 per Rainbow share.
