CHANGES TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
the board of directors announces the resignation of Ms Kareen Rothmann from the
board of directors of Orion Real Estate with immediate effect.
In addition, Professor Francois Marteen Viruly has been appointed as a non-
executive director to the Board of Orion Real Estate with immediate effect.
Professor Viruly is Pareto Chair of Property Studies in the School of
Construction Economics and Management of the University of the Witswatersrand.
