DETAILED CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are advised that the Board of Wellco has received and is
considering an indicative offer to acquire the following brands and products for
R7 750 000:
Nutrimax;
Herbology;
Sugper Star for kids;
Rejuv;
Entsha;
Lulama; and
any other product currently being developed.
The Company will retain the KGB, Igugu and MAPP brands and products.
A detailed announcement will follow as soon as the final terms have been agreed
and subject but not limited to the:
conclusion of a due diligence;
conclusion and signing of a comprehensive Agreement and all other formal legal
agreements;
completion of employment contracts with key members of the management team; and
granting of regulatory approvals;
Shareholders are therefore advised to exercise caution when dealing in Wellco`s
securities until a full announcement is made.
