TRADING STATEMENT
In terms of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, companies are required
to publish a trading statement as soon as they are reasonably certain that
the financial results for the current reporting period will be more than
20% different than that of the previous corresponding period.
As a result of the above, Decillion`s shareholders are informed that, for
the 12 months ended 28 February 2007, Decillion`s earnings per share and
headline loss per share before deconsolidation of its subsidiaries to the
Decillion Realisation Trust are expected to be 0.3 cents and (14.4) cents,
respectively.
The above information has not been reviewed or reported on by the company`s
auditors. The company`s final results for the 12 months ended 28 February
2007 are expected to be published on or about 15 June 2007.
