RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that, at the annual general meeting of sxr Uranium
One Inc. held in Toronto on 7 June 2007, all the resolutions were passed by
the requisite majority of shareholders present or represented by proxy
thereat. The effective date of the change of the name of the Company from
"sxr Uranium One Inc" to "Uranium One Inc" in South Africa, will be
announced in due course.
The special resolutions will be submitted for registration at the Registrar
of Companies in due course.
