DECLARED ORDINARY AND SPECIAL DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT ON TELKOM SA LIMITED
HOT ENHANCED DIVIDEND SECURITIES - ("TKGIHB")
With reference to the dividend announcement, the Directors of Telkom SA
Limited have declared an ordinary dividend of 600 cents per ordinary share
and a special dividend of 500 cents per ordinary share payable on Monday, 9
July 2007, to ordinary shareholders recorded in the books of the company at
the close of business on Friday, 6 July 2007.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Hot Enhanced Dividend Securities,
TKGIHB, will receive a Telkom SA Limited ordinary dividend of 600 cents per
ordinary share and a special dividend of 500 cents per ordinary share
payable simultaneously on Monday, 9 July 2007, in terms of the Cession
clause incorporated in the Supplement between the holders and Investec Bank
Limited. The last day to trade ("cum" the ordinary dividend and special
dividend) in order to participate in the ordinary dividend and special
dividend will be Friday, 29 June 2007.
TKGIHB Hot Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading "ex" the
ordinary dividend and special dividend from the commencement of business on
Monday, 2 July 2007 and the record date will be Friday, 6 July 2007.
