TRADING STATEMENT AND CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
TRADING STATEMENT FOR THE HALF-YEAR ENDED 31 MAY 2007
Hudaco announces that it expects earnings per share and headline earnings per
share for the half year ended 31 May 2007 to be 40% to 45% higher than the 177
cents reported for the previous corresponding period in 2006.
This trading statement has not been reviewed or reported on by Hudaco`s
independent auditors and is based on information available at the time of
publication.
Hudaco`s audited results for the half-year ended 31 May 2007 are expected to be
published on or about Thursday, 28 June 2007.
CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are advised that the company is in the process of finalising
negotiations for the introduction of BEE shareholders, which if successfully
concluded, may have a material effect on the price of the company`s securities.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the
company`s securities until a full announcement is made.
