REVISED SALIENT DATES AND TIMES IN RESPECT OF PREFERENCE SHARE CONSOLIDATION
Preference shareholders are advised that due to the public sector strike the
requisite special resolution in respect of the company`s preference share
consolidation, as approved by shareholders on Thursday, 31 May 2007, has not
been registered by the Registrar of Companies timeously. Accordingly, the
salient dates and times as announced on SENS on 8 May 2007 will be revised as
soon as the company is in a position to confirm such registration by the
Registrar. An announcement in this regard will be made on SENS and in the press
as soon as possible.
