DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE BAW SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for BARLOWORLD LTD and
that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to BARLOWORLD LTD (BAW)
the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have declared a dividend amount of 64
cents per BAWNIC share instalment that is payable on Monday, 2 July 2007.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 22 June 2007. The share instalment
will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 25 June 2007 and the record date
will be Friday, 29 June 2007.
