STER-KINEKOR THEATRES SECURES EDGARS CLUB
Primedia Ltd is pleased to announce that Ster-Kinekor Theatres has secured a 3
year contract from Edgars to take over its movie club benefit programme, which
has been in operation for the last 3 years. The programme currently generates
approximately 3 million customer attendances and it is anticipated that a
substantial portion of these will become patrons of Ster-Kinekor Theatres in the
next year.
This initiative is consistent with the Ster-Kinekor Theatre`s strategy of
reducing ticket prices for its customers, which has been very effective in
stimulating volume and also growing black consumer patronage in particular at
the low price Ster-Kinekor Junction cinemas.
Under the Edgars Club, Movie ticket prices will be R20.00- at Ster-Kinekor
Classic cinemas and R10.50 at Ster-Kinekor Junction cinemas.
