CAPITAL REDUCTION DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE BAW
SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the capital reduction amount payable for
BARLOWORLD LTD and that as a result of the capital reduction declaration
relating to BARLOWORLD LTD (BAW) the Trustees of the Share Instalment
Trust have declared a capital reduction amount of 111 cents per BAWNIC
share instalment that is payable on Monday, 2 July 2007.
The last day to trade cum capital reduction is Friday, 22 June 2007. The
share instalment will commence trading ex capital reduction from Monday,
25 June 2007 and the record date will be Friday, 29 June 2007.
