Changes to the Board
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, Noelene
Lee has resigned as a director of Myriad by mutual agreement with immediate
effect.
The Board is pleased to announce that Joanne Joubert, the current Managing
Director of the Manta Medical Division will expand her position within the
Myriad Group to a include a more active strategic role being the single use
medical devices (consumables) part of the business.
In addition, Carlo Natali, the Managing Director of the ICU Medical
division will also expand his involvement to include a more strategic role
within the Myriad group.
