During recent presentations by the Sallies Executive, a profit forecast for the
year ended 30 June 2008 was included. The forecast was for net attributable
income of R30 - 40 million, equating to 5 - 6.5 cents per share.
The information in this profit forecast has not been reviewed or reported on by
the company`s auditors.
The PowerPoint presentation made by the company`s executive giving an update on
Sallies following the opening of the Sallies rights offer, was posted on the
