PUBLICATION OF PROVISIONAL ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
Further to announcement on SENS, on Monday, 18 June 2007, regarding failure to
submit provisional annual financial results within the three month period as
stipulated by the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are
advised that the company intends to publish the provisional financial statements
for the year ended 28 February 2007 prior to the 29 June 2007.
RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY
Shareholders are further referred to the last renewal of the cautionary
announcement of 7 May 2007 in which shareholders were advised that the South
African Revenue Services ("SARS") had issued tax assessments against m Cubed
Life Ltd and m Cubed Specialised Lending, emanating from an intellectual
property sale and leaseback transaction in 1999. Objections have been lodged
against these assessments and the tax specialist appointed to represent m Cubed
is of the opinion that the company has a strong case against the assessments. No
resolution has yet been obtained with SARS.
The company`s shareholders are as a result accordingly advised to continue to
exercise caution when dealing in their securities until a further announcement
is made.
Shareholders are further referred to the stakeholder update published on SENS on
Tuesday, 7 May 2007.
