APPOINTMENT OF ALTERNATE DIRECTOR
The board of directors of IFCA is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr
Leong Nyu Kuan as an alternate director to Ken Yong with immediate effect.
Leong is the Chief Financial Officer of the IFCA MSC Group and is
responsible for day-to-day business operations and development. He was
appointed to the board of IFCA MSC in January 2005 and has been a member of
the Audit Committee since March 2005.
Leong joined IFCA MSC in 1993, as financial controller and has subsequently
been promoted to various positions within the group, including Operations
Director, Group Operations Director, Chief Financial Officer and President.
Prior to joining IFCA MSC, he was an Accounts Executive with the Tourist
Development Corporation of Malaysia, an accountant with Industrade Holdings
Sdn, Bhd., an Executive with Setia Adil Sdn and a freelance Business
Consultant-cum-Auditor in YCS and Sons Sdn. Bhd.
